We all use internet on daily basis to solve our queries and to search or desired information. There are thousands of websites that are available over the internet and we surf thosewebsite with respect to our taste and type. These website are available on World Wide Web round the clock and are available to the user 24 X 7. There are many professions which are linked with the internet. These professions may include from content writing, online advertisement, online journalism etc… interent has become so important part of our life but still most of the people are like stranger to it. We all read information given on different web pages but never tries to know that the material we read comes form where. Who writes it and how come it is visible over the internet in the front of whole world. All these questions are answered by PHP. Well talking about the PHP, then the answer would be simply that PHP (recursive acronym for PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor) is a widely-used open source general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited for web development and can be embedded into HTML. Instead of lots of commands to output HTML, PHP pages contain HTML with embedded code. The PHP code is enclosed in special start and end processing instructions that allow you to jump into and out of "PHP mode." Form 1995 to now PHP has improved. Every time it comes in a newer version. From Version 1.0 in 1995 to version 6.0 in 2010 it have improved a lot. What distinguishes PHP from something like client-side JavaScript is that the code is executed on the server, generating HTML which is then sent to the client. The client would receive the results of running that script, but would not know what the underlying code was. You can even configure your web server to process all your HTML files with PHP, and then there's really no way that users can tell what you have up your sleeve. PHP is a general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited for web development. PHP generally runs on a web server. The best things in using PHP are that it is extremely simple for a newcomer, but offers many advanced features for a professional programmer. Don't be afraid reading the long list of PHP's features. You can jump in, in a short time, and start writing simple scripts in a few hours. Although PHP's development is focused on server-side scripting, you can do much more with it. So, using the internet for your need and purposes is good but its better if you know about its minutes and details as it is must n today fast moving generation.
